Nirskam Hospitality oversees and manages a variety of food and beverage businesses within our portfolio. This division specialises in creating unique and consistent dining experiences across our venues. Under the company owned brand 'Coco Noir', our team operates cafes, bars, lounges and restaurants across Australia. Each approach is tailored specific to the location and to the particular purpose of the venue, from grab and go cafes in fast paced environments to full service kitchens offering in room dining and catering for large scale events. 

 

Nirskam Hospitality manages function venues and conference centres in which we create bespoke events specific to the individual needs of our client. Our team oversees the planning, decor, setup and catering offering an end to end solution to all types of events both large and small.

Having operated F&B businesses in hotels, our team has developed a deep understanding of unique concept development in the space. Premium hotel's require one or multiple F&B outlets that have unique selling propositions and thereby an exciting brand of their own to build upon the iconic reputation of the hotel and its location. Nirskam Hospitality offers consultation services to assist in defining the framework of your new F&B venue, having worked closely with major accommodation chains we understand their needs and work to strike an achievable balance between the proprietor's vision, market demands and gaps, and the brand of the hotel.
